Міжнародна допомога Україні в умовах війни як вид співробітництва з міжнародними організаціями

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз тенденцій надання допомоги Україні міжнародними організаціями та країнами-партнерами в умовах протистояння жорстокій агресії РФ. Міжнародна підтримка відіграє ключову роль у сприянні стабільності та відновлення України, а партнерство з міжнародними організаціями стало важливим чинником відбудови та зміцнення країни, сприяючи обороноздатності та підтримуючи економіку в зоні воєнних дій. Окреслено найважливіші стратегії, що порушують проблеми зовнішньої політики України та визначають діяльність влади на світовій арені, забезпечуючи адаптацію політики країни до змін у міжнародному середовищі, враховуючи воєнний конфлікт з Росією. Охарактеризовано міжнародні проєкти Європейського Союзу, Світового банку, Міжнародного валютного фонду, Європейського інвестиційного банку, спрямовані на підтримку України в умовах війни. Фінансові ресурси, надані міжнародними організаціями, міжнародними фінансовими організаціями та країнами-партнерами, сприяють підтримці, зміцненню України та її обороноздатності. Розглянуто механізми та інструменти відновлення України в післявоєнний період. Практична цінність полягає в детальному аналізі концептуальних стратегій, що стали підґрунтям для реалізації провідних цілей зовнішньої діяльності України та міжнародних проєктів, спрямованих на підтримку України в умовах війни. Водночас результати дослідження можна застосувати для розробки заходів щодо відбудови України в післявоєнний період.

The article contains the results of an in-depth analysis of the trends in providing aid to Ukraine by international organizations and partner countries in the face of brutal Russian aggression. International support plays a key role in promoting the stability and recovery of Ukraine. Partnership with international organizations has become an important factor in the reconstruction and strengthening of the country, contributing to defense capability and supporting the economy in the war zone. The most important strategies that raise the problems of Ukraine’s foreign policy and determine the activities of the authorities on the world stage are substantiated, ensuring the adaptation of the country’s policy to changes in the international environment, taking into account the military conflict with the Russian Federation. The international projects of the European Union, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the European Investment Bank aimed at supporting Ukraine in war conditions are characterized. Financial resources provided by international organizations, international financial organizations and partner countries contribute to the support and strengthening of Ukraine and its defense capabilities. Mechanisms and tools of recovery of Ukraine in the post-war period are considered. The practical value lies in the detailed analysis of the conceptual strategies that became the basis for the implementation of the leading goals of Ukraine’s external activities and international projects aimed at supporting Ukraine in wartime conditions. At the same time, the results of the study can be applied to the development of measures for the reconstruction of Ukraine in the post-war period.
