Роль дипломатичної стратегії України в умовах глобальних трансформацій: пошук ефективних інструментів взаємодії

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано роль дипломатичної стратегії України в умовах сучасних глобальних трансформацій, зокрема геополітичної нестабільності, економічної глобалізації та технологічних змін. З’ясовано, які інструменти сучасної дипломатії можуть бути використані для ефективної взаємодії з міжнародними партнерами. Виокремлено такі форми інноваційних інструментів, як: цифрова дипломатія, публічна дипломатія, наукова дипломатія, діаспоральна дипломатія, воєнна дипломатія, багатостороння дипломатія та участь у глобальних безпекових й економічних ініціативах. Обґрунтовано необхідність адаптації дипломатичної стратегії України до сучасних реалій та активне використання інноваційних підходів для досягнення національних інтересів.

The article analyzes the role of Ukraine’s diplomatic strategy in the context of global transformations, focusing on geopolitical instability, economic globalization, and technological shifts. The aim of the article is to explore how contemporary global challenges impact Ukraine’s foreign policy and to identify the most effective tools for international cooperation. The study employs a multidisciplinary research methodology, combining qualitative analysis of diplomatic practices, international relations theories, and case studies related to Ukraine’s participation in international organizations and bilateral relations. The article examines how global transformations, such as the ongoing Russian aggression and economic crises and technological advancements, reshape the international system and challenge traditional diplomatic approaches. The research highlights the need for Ukraine to adapt its diplomatic strategy by utilizing innovative tools, such as digital diplomacy, multilateral diplomacy, and public diplomacy. The study also emphasizes Ukraine’s engagement with global security frameworks, economic partnerships. These aspects are crucial for strengthening Ukraine’s position on the international stage and ensuring its national interests are protected in a rapidly changing global environment. Key aspects analyzed in the article include Ukraine’s role in multilateral organizations like the United Nations and the European Union and NATO, as well as its diplomatic efforts to strengthen economic ties with strategic partners. Special attention is given to the use of public diplomacy to shape international opinion and digital diplomacy as a tool for enhancing communication and coordination in global decision-making processes. The study underscores the importance of rethinking Ukraine’s diplomatic strategy in the face of global transformations. It calls for an active adoption of innovative diplomatic tools and strategies that respond to modern challenges, ensuring Ukraine remains an active and influential participant in international affairs.
