| Abstract: | На основі вивчення матеріалів практики виділено основні види злочинів у сфері кредитування, що вчиняються позичальниками. Проаналізовано особливості вчинення таких злочинів за ознакою кількості суб’єктів. Виділено типові способи вчинення таких злочинів одноособово та у складі групи. On the basis of studying of materials of practice it is allocated principal views of crimes in the crediting sphere, made by borrowers. Features of fulfillment of such crimes on the basis of quantity of subjects are analyzed. Typical ways of fulfillment of such crimes individually and as a part of group are allocated. |
