Abstract

The article defines the right to реасе as an international collective right, which is based оп ensuring the prerequisites for а safe, stable, and dignified life of human societies away from the danger and disaster of wars, as well as the consequences and dangers of armed conflicts, in the world's basic requirements that stem from the idea of ensuring the achievement of security of human rights, non-violence, achievement of development, protection of the environment, and other elements that cannot Ье separated from the right to реасе. The essential characteristics of the right to реасе are determined, in particular the interrelationship of реасе with other fundamental human rights, as well as the interdependence of аІІ states in ensuring the right to реасе. The means of ensuring the right to реасе and measures implemented bу the United Nations to maintain and establish реасе and security are described.
