Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання, пов’язані з денонсацією міжнародних договорів безпосередньо державними органами. Розглянуто позиції вчених щодо цього питання в теорії, а також у межах дискусій у Комісії міжнародного права ООН. Досліджено й описано механізм міжнародно-правової регламентації виявлення волі через державні органи.

The article contains general overview of questions and problems concerning a will of a state to denunciate an international treaty. The article contains general overview of opinions of scientists on the problem in theory and the ones expressed during the work of United Nation International law commission. The article includes the research and description of international regulation of procedures concerning expression of a will of a state.
