| Abstract: | У статті досліджується філософсько-правовий дискурс аксіоматики свободи, що обумовлюється ствердженням про те, що свобода – це співвідношення між власною та «чужою» необхідністю. Без урахування цього співвідношення не можливо піддати коректному філософсько-правовому тлумаченню поняття свободи. We investigate the legal and philosophical discourse of the axioms of freedom, which is caused by the assertion that freedom – is a relationship between the self and the “foreign” necessity. Without this relationship cannot be subjected to the correct philosophical and legal interpretation of the concept of freedom. |
