Справедливість та відповідальність як базові основи формування демократичної правової держави

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу оцінити поведінку особи в контексті справедливості та відповідальності, не залежної від волі й бажання особи, діяльність якої знаходиться під суспільним контролем. Окреслено поняття й уявлення про категорії «справедливість» і «відповідальність», які складалися та формувалися в процесі культурно-етичної практики суспільства. Сформовано оцінку відповідності культурно-етичних якостей людини нормам моралі як культурологічного явища, що виникає та розвивається тільки в суспільстві.

In the article it is shown the notions and ideas about the categories of “justice” and “responsibility” which were composed and formed in the process of cultural and ethic practice of society. It is made an attempt to assess the behavior of individual in the context of justice and responsibility which are independent from the will and desire of the person whose activity is under the public control. It is formed the assessment of correspondence of cultural and ethic qualities of person to morality as cultural phenomenon that emerges and develops only in society.
