До проблем визначення та дотримання стадій виборчого процесу

Abstract

У статті здійснено дослідження виборчого процесу в Україні з урахуванням основних етапів в залежності від виду виборів. Проаналізовано основні наукові погляди щодо визначення понять «стадія», «етап» виборчого процесу. З урахуванням практики проведення останніх виборчих кампаній визначено основні причини порушення принципу юридичної визначеності та порушення логічної послідовності законодавчо визначених стадій виборчого процесу.

The article investigates the election process in Ukraine, taking into account their main phases, depending on the election type. The author analyses the basic scientific views on defining the issues of «stage» and phase of the election process. Considering the practice of the latest election campaign, the research determines the main reasons for the violation of the principle of legal certainty and the breach of logical consequence of the identified election process stages.
