| Abstract: | У статті розглядається проблема колізій кримінально-правових норм при призначенні покарання. Звертається увага на необхідність дотримання принципу системності кримінально-правових положень у нормотворчій діяльності. Пропонуються шляхи подолання колізій між окремими положеннями, що регулюють призначення покарання. The article is dedicated to problem of imposition punishment at collision norms of the criminal law. Attention is paid to the need to observe the principle of interconnection of criminal law provisions in the legislative activity. The author suggests methods for overcoming the collisions between different provisions governing the imposition of punishment. |
