Сутність і зміст соціально-психологічної роботи з військовослужбовцями, ветеранами війни та членами їх родин

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність і зміст соціально-психологічної роботи з військовослужбовцями, ветеранами війни та членами їх родин в умовах повномасштабної війни в Україні. Актуальність проблеми зумовлена різким зростанням кількості осіб, які зазнали психологічної травматизації, а також необхідністю формування цілісної системи підтримки та реінтеграції. Метою статті є аналіз змісту і специфіки соціально- психологічної роботи з військовослужбовцями, ветеранами та їхніми родинами в українських реаліях, а також визначення напрямів її оптимізації на основі вивчення міжнародного досвіду. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу наукової літератури, порівняння міжнародного та українського досвіду, узагальнення практик реабілітаційних центрів. У результаті визначено ключові компоненти ефективної допомоги: міжвідомча взаємодія, залучення родин, використання сучасних терапевтичних методів і цифрових рішень. Наголошено на потребі подолання стигми, забезпеченні доступності послуг та формуванні політики довготривалої підтримки ветеранів у повоєнний період.

The article explores the essence and multidimensional content of the socio-psychological support provided to military personnel, war veterans, and their family members in the context of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. The relevance of the problem under consideration stems from the growing number of individuals suffering from psychological trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and difficulties in reintegration into civilian life. In such conditions, the formation of a comprehensive and sustainable system of assistance becomes a matter of national importance. The purpose of this article is to analyze the content and specific features of social and psychological work with military personnel, war veterans, and their families in the context of Ukrainian realities, as well as to identify directions for its optimization based on the study of international experience. The research employs a combination of methods: critical analysis of scholarly literature, comparative review of best practices in the U.S., Israel, and Ukraine, and synthesis of data from rehabilitation centers and veteran support institutions. Special attention is paid to the role of family involvement, the integration of mental health support into primary care, and the implementation of digital tools such as mobile applications and telemedicine. The effectiveness of therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and peer-to-peer approaches is also considered. The findings highlight the importance of interagency coordination, professional training, destigmatization of mental health issues, and stable funding mechanisms. The study concludes that long-term, systemic, and flexible support strategies are essential to ensure the well-being and social reintegration of veterans and their families during and after the war.
