| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено фенолоксидазну активність бактерій родів Pseudomonas та Klebsiella. Встановлено здатність бактерій родів Pseudomonas та Klebsiella здійснювати деструкцію фенолу в широкому діапазоні концентрацій. Швидкість біодеструкції залежить від виду бактерій та концентрації фенолу. Найвишу здатність щодо детоксикації фенолу у концентраціях 20–500 мг/л проявили псевдомонади P. fluorescens 8607, P. аeruginosa 7, серед клебсіел – сапрофітні культури Kl. terrigena 8008 та Kl. planticola 33531. Ability of bacteria Pseudomonas and Klebsiella genes to degradation of phenol in wide range of concentrations is shown.
