Виборча система і особливості партійного рекрутування жінок у Державну Думу Російської Федерації в 90-х роках XX - на початку XXI століття

Abstract

In the presented article an author is concentrated on the research of reasons of that, why despite international experience proportional part of the mixed electoral system of Russia did not assist electing the greater amount of women to the Gossudarstvennaya Duma of Russian Federation in 1990s of the XX century, and also that, why Russia with beginning of 2000s supported the slow tendency of advancement of women in parliament, in comparing to other countries of region of CSE.
