Етноконфесійні та політико-правові аспекти кризи в Косово

Abstract

In the article the analysis of ethnic, religious, cultural, linguistic, social factors which affected the origin and development of crisis in Kosovo is carried out. Description of processes of forming of cultural community of peoples of South-east Europe is given, influences of migratory processes on development of relations between peoples and religions, forming of the ethnically mixed settling apart on the Kosovo territory, the history and legal aspects of this problem are definite.
