Позачергові парламентські вибори 1994 та 2007 рр. в Україні: порівняльний аналіз

Abstract

The article is about features of the extra parliamentary elections in Ukraine, which are a democratic way of extraordinary change of Parliament and legal way out from politic crisis. It conducts parallels between extra election campaigns in 1994 and 2007, disclosed the appointment of election conditions, analyzes the regulatory framework of the electoral process and determined their impact on the political system of society. Analysis of these problems the institute extra parliamentary elections in Ukraine gives us the opportunity to determinate what changes to make in legal provisions for better organization of the electoral process in the country.
