Роль репресивного механізму у забезпеченні антидемократичної трансформації у Чехословаччині на рубежі 40-50-х років ХХ століття

Abstract

In this article the author analyses the basic method of totalitarian regime functioning in Czechoslovakia – actions of repressive mechanism. Power was concentrated in the hands by the narrow clan of party figures who controlled and legislative branch of power too. There were a great violations of sovereignty of the government and parliament and independence of the judge too. It was liquidated the system of supreme authority control and all the states structures transformed into the performers of recommendations and orders of narrow circle of political leaders, judicial system was ruined. The row of new political acts conflicted with principles, declared Constitution.
