| dc.description | The article deals with the legal nature and types of judicial control over the execution of court decisions. The author emphasizes that any judgment must be enforced, otherwise the sense of justice is lost, the work of the court, prosecutors and lawyers is reduced then to nothing. The violated rights should be restored.In this case the aim of justice will be achieved. The state of justice depends on the efficiency of judicial control over the execution of judgments. The author pays a great deal of attention to the fact that in Ukraine there exists a problem with non-execution of judges’ decisions,thus the aim of judicial proceedings is not reached every single time. Therefore, to improve the situation one would need a decent control through the body of judicial brunch of the authorities, the one being the thing of investigation in the given article. Because of the intention of our country to integrate into the European community the given question is particularly acute at present and requires speedy resolution. Therefore, the author presumes, the appropriate researches of scientists on this issue are required. Today to study the positive experience of the leading European countries and its subsequent implementation in national legislation is especially relevant. The theme of this article is especially relevant. It did not remain unnoticed by many researchers, and is considered in the works of prominent Ukrainian scientists: S.Ja. Fursa, M.J. Shtefan, V.S. Shcherbyna, I.B. Koliushko, R.O. Kujbida, V.H. Perepeliuk, L.P. Suchko, O.Z. Khotynska, P.P. Zavorotko. The author draws our attention to the peculiarities of judicial control of the execution of the administrative and economic courts in civil proceedings. The existing legislation is analyzed, the shortcomings of legal regulation related to relationships of judicial control are highlighted. The article formulates the appropriate proposals to improve the legislation on judicial control over the execution of court decisions, and emphasizes the need for further scientific research in this area.
