Політичні аспекти запровадження нових форм спеціальних правових режимів економічної діяльності в Україні

Abstract

The article deals with the political aspects of the introduction of new forms of the special legal regimes of the economical activity (SLREA) on the territory of Ukraine. It defines the absence of the systematic view between different political actors and parties concerning using of this powerful economical instrument. There is indicated approach for improvement the national legislation in this sphere for usage of operating and new forms of SLREA for the national interests.
