| Abstract: | Дослідження розглядає ринок праці, його характеристику, а також пошук шляхів подолання негативного впливу фінансово-економічної кризи на ринок праці в умовах євроінтеграції України. Мінімізація негативного впливу ризиків та посилення позитивних наслідків від євроінтеграції вимагає реформування моделі регулювання вітчизняного ринку праці шляхом поєднання державних та ринкових інструментів, забезпечення продуктивної зайнятості. The study examines labor market, its characteristics, as well as fi nding ways to overcome the negative impact of the fi nancial and economic crisis on the labor market in terms of integration. Minimizing the negative impact of risks and enhance the positive eff ects of integration requires reform of the model of the regulation of the domestic labor market through a combination of public and market instruments, ensuring productive employment. |
