| Abstract: | The article analyzes the problems and prospects of the formation of the Baltic-Black Sea Union in modern geopolitical conditions. It is concluded that the creation of a powerful third force in Europe face with a number of serious obstacles. In particular, the countries of the region belong to diff erent geopolitical institutions, deterrent position of Russia and Germany, unresolved disputes between the states of the Baltic-Black Sea region and others. |
