Педагогічне проектування освітнього середовища професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя хімії

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі проектування освітнього середовища професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя хімії у вищому педагогічному на-вчальному закладі. Розглянуто вимоги, що висуваються до професійної підготовки та особистості майбутнього вчителя хімії, освітнє середовище вишу як комплекс психолого-педагогічних, матеріально-технічних, санітарно-гігієнічних, ергономічних та естетичних умов, що забезпечують організацію навчально-виховного процесу у сучасному вищому навчальному закладі та принципи його проектування.

The article is devoted to the problem of designing of educational environment for the training of future chemistry teachers in the higher pedagogical educational institution. The author has considered requirements that apply to the training of future teachers and chemistry, university educational environment as a complex psycho-pedagogical, logistical, hygiene, ergonomic and aesthetic conditions for the organization of educational process in modern higher education institution. The design of the educational environment of training of future chemistry teachers is aimed at fl exible consideration of interests and abilities; it helps to identify and maximize the individual potential of each student to develop their natural instincts and inclinations; professi onal self- development and self-expansion; creating conditions for the expansion of the feasibility of future specialists individual educa tional trajectories based on their abilities. Factors of designing of educational environment have been de fi ned, such as: social, cultural, occupational and physical environment, which cause functional changes in the educational environment. Educational environment of higher pedagogical educational institution is represented as versatile and polyfunctional system that is in constant develop ment and needs of management and coordination.
