Консультування як метод соціальної роботи у сфері протидії торгівлі людьми

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано роль консультування у протидії торгівлі людьми. Встановлено, що консультування є одним із пріоритетних напрямів діяльності соціальних працівників у сфері протидії торгівлі людьми. Його метою є попередження випадків торгівлі людьми, виявлення потерпілих від даного виду злочину, надання їм інформаційної допомоги у вирішенні проблем, що виникли внаслідок потрапляння у ситуацію торгівлі людьми, сприяння їх реінтеграції у соціум.

The latest decade in Ukraine is marked with political, economic, social changes affected by scale, drama and depth contradictions. Advanced reformation of country is accompanied by a growing number of crimes, including against individual liberty. One of the crimes that violate this right is human traf fi cking. The author of the article has examined the role of counseling in combating human traf fi cking. It has been established that counseling is one of the priorities of social workers in the fi eld of combating human traf fi cking. Its purpose is to prevent human traf fi cking cases, identifying victims of this type of crime, providing them with information to help you solve problems that result from falling into the situation of human traf fi cking, facilitating their reintegration into society. Counseling in combating human traf fi cking is carried out in the areas of prevention, urgent assistance and rehabilitation. Preventive activities include informing people how to eliminate the risk to become a slave. Urgent assistan ce involves identifying persons traf fi cked, and encouraging them to exercise their fundamental rights. Rehabilitation of human traf fi cking victims is aimed at restoring their normal functioning in society.
