Особливості соціалізації молоді в умовах соціально-педагогічної діяльності в громадських організаціяїх

Abstract

В статті розглядається процес соціалізації молоді в умовах соціально-педагогічної діяльності дитячих та молодіжних громадських організацій. Проаналізовано різні підходи науковців до питань соціалізації та соціального виховання підростаючого покоління в соціальних інститутах, зокрема, громадських організаціях; форм взаємодії, напрямів співпраці соціального педагога з громадськими дитячими та молодіжними організаціями, модель професійної діяльності соціального педагога. Визначено особливості соціалізації молоді в умовах соціальнопедагогічної діяльності в громадських організаціях.

In the article the process of socialization of young people is examined in the conditions of socially-pedagogical activity chil d's and youth public organizations. The process of socialization has for an aim becoming of personality, that would be able to adap t oneself to the terms that constantly change and to realize itself in these terms. Decision in the process of socialization is a process of self-education. The result of socialization is an active recreation by personality of the purchased social experienc e. The aim of work was a study of features of socialization of young people in the conditions of socially-pedagogical activity of public organizations. Different approaches of scientists are analysed in relation to the problems of socialization. Bases of socializa tion are exposed in public organizations. In the article the questions of social education of young generation are examined in socia l institutes, namely, public organizations, the basic task of that is creation of favourable terms for development of personality .
