Дослідження професійної позиції майбутнього вчителя через категорію особистості

Abstract

У статті виділено актуальні положення якісної фахової підготовки педагогічних працівників; обґрунтовано необхідність конкретизації дефініції „професійна позиція майбутнього вчителя“ і розгляду цього феномену через призму особистісного підходу; охарактеризовано сучасний стан наукового обґрунтування поняття „професійна позиція майбутнього вчителя“; виокремлені аспекти подальших досліджень у напрямі вивчення і узагальнення змісту та структури професійної позиції майбутнього вчителя, а також – розробки педагогічних умов її формування.

In the article the topicality of qualitative professional training of students of teacher training colleges – future teaching workers has been stated. The necessity to defi ne the "professional position of a future teacher" has been stressed. This phenomenon through the prism of personal approach has been substantiates. The current state of scientifi c substantiation notions has been characterized as "a position", "the professional position", "the future teacher professional position". The defi nition of "professional position of the future teacher" has been characterised in terms of the personal approach and through the category of subjectivity as the fundamental basis through the formation and development of key personal qualities of the subject. The aspects of the future research in the direction of study and generalization of the content and structure of the future teacher professional positions have been considered as well as the need to develop pedagogical conditions of its formation process of professional training in pedagogical college.
