Методичні рекомендації науково-педагогічному складу з питань підготовки майбутніх офіцерів до адаптації на початковому етапі служби у військах

Abstract

У статті акцентовано увагу на проблемі адаптації майбутніх офіцерів на початковому етапі служби у військах. Безпосередню участь в цьому процесі автор відводить науково-педагогічному складу під час навчання майбутніх офіцерів у вищому військовому навчальному закладі. У зв’язку з цим на науково-педагогічний склад покладається завдання пошуку оптимальних шляхів здійснення процесу підготовки до адаптації в нових у мовах та новому статусі (офіцер). З цією метою були розроблені методичні рекомендації для науково-педагогічного складу з питань підготовки майбутніх офіцерів до швидкої адаптації на початковому етапі служби у військах. Здійснено аналіз науково-педагогічної, психологічної літератури з приводу даної проблеми.

The paper emphasis on the problem of adaptation of the future offi cers initially serving in the army. The research and teaching staff is entrusted the task of fi nding the best ways to prepare for the process of adaptation to new languages and new capacity (offi cer) based on initial quality and capabilities of these personality traits in accordance with the general rules set out. Continuous improvement of acquired knowledge, skills, techniques is possible in conditions of formed in future offi cers of needs and habits right to receive, analyze and synthesize new information to make the necessary fi ndings, to apply new knowledge and ways of working in the performance of professional duties on military service.The developed guidelines for scientifi c and teaching staff contain specifi c advice. Guidelines are designed for scientifi c and teaching staff of the Military Academy directly to teach future offi cers of the military and special subjects in the relevant areas of training (logistics and road transport) and participating in the practical training of future offi cers.
