Аналіз тенденцій розвитку співробітництва з транскордонними партнерами України та Закарпаття у зовнішній торгівлі

Abstract

У статті визначено основні тенденції розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі Закарпаття із транскордонними партнерами. Проаналізовано транскордонний вплив на зовнішню торгівлю Закарпаття, досліджено загальні тенденції розвитку торгівлі з країнами Митного союзу (МС) та Європейського Союзу (ЄС); визначено головні проблеми та недоліки у формуванні торговельних відносин. Сформовано основні пріоритетні напрями розвит-ку відносин міжнародних транскордонних партнерів Закарпаття. Обґрунтовано шляхи підвищення ефектив-ності співпраці у торговельній сфері із транскордонними партнерами Закарпаття. An important factor in the development of modern international business is cross-border cooperation as a modern form of international cooperation between re-gions, it affects the processes of regionalization and globalization of Ukraine as a whole. The expansion of geographical boundaries of actions, forms and spheres of influence of cross-border cooperation is responsible for its leading role in drawing border regions into the integration processes. One of the main forms of implementation of inter-national economic relations is foreign trade, which is implemented through its special form - cross-border cooperation. In modern conditions of Ukraine's integra-tion into the international community, the impact of political, economic, social and ideological factors is noticeable. Which, in turn, influences the choice of partners in cross-border cooperation between states and the volume of export-import operations. The purpose of the article is the definition of the main trends in the development of foreign trade be-tween Transcarpathia and its cross-border partners. Also to analyze the international cross-border partners in Transcarpathian export - import operations and the main established priorities for the development of fur-ther relations. The ways of enhancing cooperation with cross-border partners of Transcarpathia in the trade sphere. The issue of international partnership between re-gions and structural analysis of export from Ukrainian regions is also relevant. For Ukraine, 2014 was a turn-ing point in the choice of strategic partnership and geo-political trends in the country. One of the factors that influenced such indicators was the entry into force of the EU autonomous trade preferences, in connection with which Ukrainian exports has changed its orienta-tion towards Europe. Within the framework of the tri-partite agreement between Ukraine, the EU and Russia, the European Union has left Ukraine with unilateral preferences in trade with EU countries until the end of 2015.
