Бюджетні важелі управління національним господарством

Abstract

Економіко-політичні процеси, що відбуваються в суспільстві, вимагають побудови нових та вдосконалення існуючих методів управління національною економікою. У статті досліджено трансформаційні процеси державного управління народним господарством. Визначено основні інструменти державного регулювання економіки та здійснено оцінку їхньої ефективності. За результатами дослідження визначено недосконалість діючих бюджетних важелів та сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення бюджетних механізмів регулювання національного господарства. The national economy includes the sectors of the production sphere, where material social product is created, and sectors of the non production sphere, where non-material services are performed. Budgetary policy is an important lever of influence that provides optimization of income and the use of state funds in order to regulate social and economic processes and ensure macroeconomic growth. This article considers the process of transformation of the system of state management of the national economy. The financial policy is a complex and mufti vector phenomenon, and its role during financial and economic crisis considerably increases. The factors that affect the budgetary policy as the main lever of influence on social and economic development have been studied. In paper presents tool of state fiscal management of the economy, an assessment of their efficiency; identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the modern budgetary policy. In article main types of budgetary levers are considered, namely: the budgetary expenses, the budgetary deficiency. The directions of improvement of budgetary management of the national economy.
