Аналіз ресурсного потенціалу підприємства як фактор оптимізації бізнес-процесів

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні засади оцінки забезпеченості та ефективності використання ресурсів суб’єктів господарювання в контексті оптимізації управління бізнес-процесами з метою удосконалення інструментарію управлінського аналізу в умовах прояви кризових явищ. Розроблена система показників аналізу ресурсного потенціалу підприємства та критеріїв їх вибору, які доцільно координувати з низкою бізнес-процесів на підприємстві відповідно ієрархічних рівнів менеджменту. Все це надає можливість комплексної та цілісної оцінки при формуванні інтегральних економічних показників процесів забезпечення та використання виробничих ресурсів. Theoretical approaches to the assessment of the resource availability and the efficiency of their usage at the enterprises have been considered. The basic criteria of the system optimality that allows to manage business processes under the conditions of uncertainty and manifestation of crisis phenomena have been systematized. In order to improve the competitiveness of business entities there have been given the recommendations for improving the tools of management analysis based on the application of the system of monitoring indicators of enterprise resource potential considering a number of individual business processes at the enterprise in line with the hierarchical levels of management. For this purpose there have been allocated four groups of indicators of analysis of enterprise resource potential, which make up the infrastructure of business processes, namely: the assessment indicators of conformity of business processes with business strategy; the indicators of daily monitoring of settling the problems of the provision and usage of productive resources; the performance analysis of the compliance of the results of business processes with the defined parameters; performance indicators of analytical work. Based on the analysis results there have been generated a lot of indicators of assessing the resource availability and the efficiency of their usage, which is the basis of calculating the integral economic indicators for further modeling of optimal ratios of individual subsystems of the enterprise, which provide the formation of competitive advantages.
