Оцінка якості екологічної освіти і виховання учнів у сільській та міській початковій школі

Abstract

Мета даної роботи: порівняльна оцінка якості екологічного виховання та освіти учнів початкової школи міської та сільської місцевості на прикладі Кам’яницької ЗОШ І-ІІI ступенів та Ужгородської ЗОШ № 15.

The quality assessment of environmental education of primary school urban and rural areas have been studied. The complex of tests that can determine the level of younger pupils basic ecological knowledge was developed. Test items were directed on development of practical skills and abilities formed on the lessons of natural science and extracurricular environmental education. The level of environmental awareness of 7-9 year pupils knowledge has been assessed using questionnaire survey for groups of 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade pupils at Kam'yanytsya school and Uzhhorod school № 15. A higher level of environmental culture of rural schools pupils was found. It was established that the environmental education of primary school children formed more under the influence of school. Participation of parents of pupils in urban school environmental education is minimal and sometimes is absent at all. Thus, environmental education primary school children should certainly be combined with environmental education. The nature should not be seen only from a utilitarian point of view during ecological education of younger schoolchildren. First of all, it is necessary to show children the uniqueness, beauty and versatility of nature and only then, that nature - the object of human consumption.
