| Abstract: | У даній статті, на основі класичної теорії А.Ф. Йоффе, здійснено оцінку впливу величини хімічного потенціалу на термоелектричні параметри тернарних халькогенідів TIBiS₂ (Se₂, Te₂), які відносяться до перспективних термоелектриків. Using a fundamental of the theory А.F. Iоffе influencing value of chemical potential on thermoelectric properties ternary chalcogenides TlBiS₂, TlBiSe₂ and TlBiTe₂ is estimated. Is established, that depending on technological conditions of obtaining is samples, the chemical potential is inflected in a definite spacing. For compounds TlBiSe₂ at a room temperature reduced chemical potential is in range of values 2,6 ≤ μ* ≤ 6,5. For TlBiS₂ and TlBiTe₂ this spacing more broad: 2,7 ≤ μ* ≤ 14,2 and 2,6 ≤ μ* ≤ 12,1 accordingly. Thus, by selected yardstick to the most perspective materials it is possible to relate samples the thallium (I) bismuth (III) diselenide. |
