Внутрішня позиція студента та професійна самовизначеність в майбутній професії

Abstract

Стаття розглядає питання побудови моделі для опису особистісного утворення − внутрішньої позиції студента, що є умовою успішної навчально-професійної діяльності. Результатом роботи є виявлення взаємозв'язку між структурними елементами моделі, а також опис складових компонентів за їх призначенням. Для цілеспрямованого педагогічного впливу на студентів модель враховує початковий етап з домінуючими мотивами пізнання та подальші професійні мотиви, яким в моделі відповідає установка на компетентність і професійне зростання, які дозволяють підвищити ефективність студентів як суб'єктів навчально-професійної діяльності. The article is devoted to the basics of building of a model to describe the formation of personality − the inner position of the student as a condition of successfull studying and professional activities. The work results identify the relationship between the structural elements of the model and describe the components for their purpose. For purposeful pedagogical influence on the students the model takes into account at an early stage the dominant motifs of knowledge and at later stages future the professional reasons, which in the model correspond to the competence and professional growth that will improve students` educational and professional activities.
