Сучасні інноваційні технології розвитку педагогічної креативності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано використання сучасних інноваційних технологій як передумови розвитку педагогічної креативності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови. Для досягнення поставленої мети були використані такі методи наукового пізнання, як аналіз психолого-педагогічної і методичної літератури, узагальнення, класифікація. Розвиток педагогічної креативності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови в процесі професійної підготовки проявляється через відкритість до сучасних інноваційних технологій; гнучкість, критичність мислення; творчу уяву. Подальшого вивчення вимагає проблема створення системи педагогічних умов для використання інноваційних технологій спрямованих на розвиток педагогічної креативності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови. The author of the article has proved the possibility of using innovative educational technologies for the future development of pedagogical creativity of future teachers of foreign language. The article has analyzed the current state of the formation of a creative individual teachers. It has discussed: current approaches to determining the structure of innovative educational activities; the essence the concept of «innovative teaching activities» developed; a defi nition of «innovative professional activity teacher of high school» resulted; structural components of innovative professional teacher of high school and disclosed their contents determined. Innovative educational technologies are considered as factor in the success of the creative development and selfidentity of future teachers of foreign language in the process of continuous pedagogical education. The paper deals with the conception of creative education, analyses its principles, components and fundamental difference from traditional one. It lays the accent on its importance for forming a creative personality. The article deals with the pedagogical creativity as one of the main component in the structure of innovative activity of future teacher in higher educational establishments.
