| Description: | The analysis of the literary data concerning thermoelectric properties the binary chalcogenides of a the subgroup arsenium Е(2)Х(3) (where Е – As, Sb, Bi, and Х – S, Se, Te) and the source elementary components is searched also. Outgoing from properties of analogs an As and S, the ways of a rating of values Seebeck coefficient αT are offered for elementary arsenium and sulfur. For these materials are provided the predicted of value thermoelectric performance ZT at a room temperature. Is established, that for some binary tellurides, and also Bi(2)Se(3), the method of a von Neumann-Kopp allows satisfactorily to forecast values of the electrical conductivity and the thermoelectric performance ZT. |
