Педагогічні умови формування умінь застосовувати спецзасоби та зброю майбутніми офіцерами-прикордонниками та експериментальна перевірка їх результативності

Abstract

Представлена стаття присвячена проблемам професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників, зокрема такому її компоненту, як вогнева підготовка. Автор здійснив аналіз особливостей вогневої підготовки майбутніх фахівців прикордонної служби, і на підставі цього аналізу виділив основні педагогічні умови формування умінь застосовувати спецзасоби та зброю у процесі професійної підготовки згаданих фахівців. The article deals with the problems of the future border guard offi cers’ professional training, and with fi re training in particular. The author has analyzed the peculiarities of the future border guards’ fi re training, and, basing on this analysis, he has outlined the main pedagogical conditions of the formation of the skills in special means and weapons using during the professional training of the mentioned specialists.The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine development under conditions of the intensifi cation of the criminality rate increasing fi ghting in controlled border regions, illegal migration, signs of smuggling activities at the state border of Ukraine and other negative phenomena, which threaten the sovereignty of Ukraine, territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine’s borders, as well as the lives and health of the border guards, who execute orders on the State border protection, is largely dependent upon the level of the border guard offi cer professional readiness to protect (defend) the Homeland’s frontiers. At the same time the border guard offi cer doesn’t always act professionally competently in extreme situations, not always able to use special means and weapons, because when performing professional duties during peacetime there appears uncertainty in fi rearm usage. That is why one of the priority directions of the future of border guard preparation for the professional activity is the fi re training for cadets.
