Сутність, зміст і особливості процесу ресоціалізації неповнолітніх засуджених

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано особливу роль і місце закладів пенітенціарної системи в процесі ресоціалізації неповнолітніх засуджених і надзвичайну актуальність дослідження цієї проблеми із соціальних позицій. Теоретично висвітлено взаємозв’язок понятійної тріади: «соціалізація – десоціалізація – ресоціалізація» особистості неповнолітнього засудженого. Головна увага зосереджена на аналізі сутності та змісту ресоціалізаційної діяльності неповнолітніх засуджених. З’ясовано особливості процесу ресоціалізації неповнолітніх засуджених, які визначаються віковими і психофізіологічними закономірностями розвитку особистості підлітка, специфікою виховного процесу в колонії та сучасною соціально-економічною ситуацією в Україні. Ключові слова: соціалізація, ресоціалізація, неповнолітній засуджений, діяльність, пенітенціарний заклад.

The paper has emphasized the special role and place of the penal system in the process of re-socialization of juvenile delinquents and extreme urgency of this problem investigation from the social point of view. It has been indicated that logics and content of research is based on the conceptual triad of «socialization – desocialization – resocialization» of the personality of convicted minor. These concepts refl ect a single process of establishing social relations (socialization), their destruction (desocialization) and restoration if they were lost (re-socialization). The aim of the resocialization of convicted juveniles is to change the orientation of the personality, creation of the system of moral, ideological, legal believes, in accordance with accepted social 35 norms and values, formation of the ability to lead self-stable, law-abiding life after release. The peculiarities of the convicted minors’ resocialization process have been found out. They are determined by their age and physiological patterns of personality development at this stage. They depend on the conditions, existing in the penal institution, the peculiarities of educational process in it, as well as the socio-economic situation in Ukraine.
