Сучасні наукові підходи до організації позааудиторної діяльності майбутніх учителів математики

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи до організації позааудиторної діяльності у професійному становленні майбутніх учителів математики. Особистісно- орієнтований підхід забезпечує врахування суб’єктного досвіду студента. Відповідно до аксіологічного підходу здійснення професійної підготовки у позааудиторний час передбачає як врахування цінностей та ціннісних орієнтацій майбутнього педагога, так і розуміння його як найвищої мети та цінності суспільного розвитку. Компетентнісний – допомагає визначити ступінь готовності випускника до професійно-особистісної конкуренції в умовах ринку праці. Технологічний підхід передбачає застосування його на рівні проектування педагогічної технології. The modern scientific approaches to extracurricular activities in the professional becoming of a future Mathematics teacher (personality oriented, axiological, competence, technology) have been analyzes. Personality oriented approach ensures consideration of subjective experience of the student. According to the axiological approach exercise training in extracurricular time involves a consideration of values and values of each student, and understanding it as the highest goals and values of social development. Competency based approach helps to determine the readiness of graduates for professional and personal compete in the labor market. The technological approach involves the use of it at the design of educational technology. Analysis of the above mentioned approaches has allowed us to define the features of extracurricular activities, identify the underlying fundamentals of the organization and reveal the mechanisms of implementation of extracurricular work, taking into account the dynamics of the internal connections. Basic results of the researsh are applied in the educational process of higher educational establishments.
