Деякі особливості професійного педагогічного спілкування

Abstract

В статті розглядається проблема спілкування. Підкреслюється, що спілкування є важливим компонентом педагогічної діяльності. Аналізується структура та етапи професійного педагогічного спілкування. В типовій соціальній ситуації спілкування визначає організацію спільної діяльності людей. В психолого-педагогічному значенні спілкування розглядається як процес і результат встановлення контактів між людьми або взаємодія суб’єктів засобами різних знакових систем. This article deals with the problem of communication. The important role of communication in professional pedagogic activity has been underlined. It has been shown that the problem of communication is investigated by different sciences, such as philosophy, sociology, psychology, pedagogic etc. According to the results of scientific researches professional pedagogic communication has its own original structure and includes fi vestages, all of them are very important. Different aspects of pedagogic interaction (communicative, interactive, perceptive) have been analyzed. It has been pointed out that the results of successful pedagogic communication depend very much on positive purpose of a teacher. The important role of verbal and non verbal means of communication in professional pedagogic interaction has also been underlined. In a typical situation social communication determines the organization of joint activity. In psychological and pedagogical value of communication is seen as a process and result of making contact between people or between subjects of different sign systems.
