Соціальний захист дітей і молоді з особливими потребами в Кам’янець-Подільському районі Хмельницької області

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему соціальної захищеності дітей і молоді з особливими потребами; здійснено аналіз діяльності закладів для дітей і молоді з особливими потребами, які функціонують в Кам’янець-Подільському районі Хмельницької області; охарактеризовано модель комплексної реабілітації слабозорих дітей Хмельницької області; проаналізовано форми і методи роботи з дітьми і молоддю з особливими потребами в навчально-виховних закладах і реабілітаційних центрах Кам’янець- Подільського району Хмельницької області. Ключові слова: діти і молодь, з особливими потребами, соціальний захист.

The problem of social support of children and young people with special needs has been considered in the article. The activity of the establishments for children and young people with special needs in Kamyanets-Podilsky region of Khmelnytska oblast has been analy zed; the model of complex rehabilitation of shortsighted children and young people with special needs in Khmelnytsky region has been characterized. The normative and legal base which regulates state and regional policy of supporting children and young people with special needs has been characterised. Statistic data of children’s developmental disabilities have been provided. In this article forms, methods and means of work with children and young people with special needs in educational establishments and rehabilitation centers of Kamyanets-Podilsky region of Khmelnytska oblast and specifi c of use of these methods in each establishment have been analyzed. The activities of these centers is aimed not only at the education of children and youth with special needs, but also at realization of their rights to develop their abilities, interests, aptitudes.
