Зміна парадигми менеджменту на сучасному етапі

Abstract

В статті розглядається проблема менеджменту. Запропоновано визначення менеджменту і розглянуто деякі наукові підходи до розуміння менеджменту. Підкрес- люється, що парадигма менеджменту суттєво змінилася впродовж останнього часу. Значний вклад в розробку нових моделей менеджменту вносять американські вчені. Счасну парадигму менеджменту сформовано на основі діалектичного розвитку, аналізу й відбору найефективніших технологій менеджменту на всіх етапах його становлення з урахуванням нових соціально-економічних реалій і розвитку менеджменту як науки, спрямованої на продукування нових знань. This article deals with the problem of management. The meaning of the term “management is defi ned and the most important scientifi c approaches to the understanding of the meaning of “management are considered. It is underlined that paradigm of management has been seriously changed during last centuries (beginning from XYII-th to our days) according to the changes of social and economic conditions. Paradigm of management is a system of ideas, imaginations of theory and practice of administrative actions. Some popular models of management have been analyzed. New model of management represents extremely fl exible and dynamic administration of social and economic processes. Considerable attention is paid to highlighting of the main professional skills and personal features of modern managers in the fi eld of their professional activity. The importance of American experience in the development of modern paradigm of management has been found out. The modern management paradigm is formed on the basis of dialectical development, analysis and selection of the most effective technology management at all stages of its development with the new socio-economic realities and the development of management as a science aimed at producing new knowledge Key words: the USA, management, paradigm, scientifi c approaches
