Особливості соціальної роботи з мігрантами та їх сім’ями

Abstract

В даній статті проведено аналіз основних методів соціальної роботи з мігрантам та їх сім’ями. Встановлено, що в роботі з мігрантами перевагу слід віддати методу групової роботи, що дозволяє охопити велику кількість людей, а саме груповим тренінгам, групам взаємодопомоги, терапевтичним групам. Технологія соціальної роботи з мігрантами передбачає не тільки систему надання допомоги окремим індивідам і групам, які опинилися в результаті міграції в складній життєвій ситуації, але й реорганізацію соціального середовища, врахування міграційної ситуації, характеру міграційним потоків, чисельності мігрантів, їх категорій. The main methods of social work with the migrants and their families have been analyzed. It has been determined that while working with migrants, the preference should be given to the method of group work, which cover a large group of people, such as group trainings, peer support groups, therapy groups. The technology of social work with migrants provides not only the system of assisting help to individuals and groups, that found themselves in diffi cult situation, but also reorganizes the social environment, taking into account the migration situation, the nature of migration fl ows, number of migrants, their categories. Forms and methods of social work with displaced bring positive results in the presence of a clear and deliberate policies and programs of forecasting migration and specifi c migration. The improvement of migrants’ social status may become thanks to the activization of their own social capacity. Countries, in which there is a large number of migrants, encourage the appearance of associations of immigrants and ethnic groups, which form the ethnic funds, fi xed for the development and realization of the projects, that refl ect the interests of migrants and refugees.
