Невербальні засоби спілкування в міжкультурній взаємодії

Abstract

В статті розглядається проблема міжкультурної взаємодії. Підкреслюється, що для забезпечення ефективної міжкультурної взаємодії необхідно використовувати не тільки вербальні, але й невербальні засоби спілкування. Ситуація вимагає вдосконалення навчання іноземної мови. Відмінне знання іноземної мови не є сьогодні достатньо для успішної професійної міжкультурної комунікації. Необхідно знати культуру, традиції, звички і ментальні особливості народу кожної партнерства чужій країні. Ключові слова: спілкування, міжкультурна взаємодія, вербальні і невербальні засоби спілкування.

This article is dedicated to the problem of communication. Special attention has been paid to the issue of cross-cultural communication. We have underlined that the problem of cross-cultural communication is extremely popular today because the international relations and international cooperation of Ukraine become more wide and strong during last years. Such situation demands the improvement of foreign language training. Perfect knowledge of foreign language is not enough today for successful professional cross-cultural communication. It is necessary to know culture, traditions, habits and mental peculiarities of the people of each partner- foreign country. It has been proved that successful cross-cultural interaction is possible in the case of correct use not only verbal means of communication but not verbal means too (gesture, pose, fasial expression, intonation etc.). Key words: communication, cross-cultural interaction, verbal and not verbal means of communication.
