Економічний націоналізм як ідеологія формування господарської культури особистості в Західній Україні на початку ХХ ст.

Abstract

У статті йдеться про методологічні засади формування господарської культури дітей та дорослих у Західній Україні на початку ХХ ст. Розкрито сутність ідеї економічного націоналізму, яка лягла в основу концепції виховання господарської культури особистості. Показано роль кооперативного руху в цьому процесі. Підвищення рівня господарської культури українців мало слугувати досягненню великої мети – здобуття економічної, а відтак і політичної незалежності. In the article the phenomenon of Ukrainian economic nationalism on the territories of Western Volyn and Eastern Halychyna in the period between the two world wars has been researched. Ideological and political sources of Ukrainian nationalism in economic sphere and its essence have been examined. Particularly Ukrainian economic nationalism is considered as means of nation consolidation for the next round of struggle for the state. On the ground of the analysis of the national political parties programs, social organizations and movements the ideological constituents of ukrainian economic nationalism are interpreted. It is established that according to ideological sources of economic nationalism the realization of the following tasks were planned: the change of ethnodemographical structure of towns and cities to the benefit of the Ukrainians by means of economic integration for them, the achievement of social emancipation of the nation, getting control over land resources of proper ethnic territories, the control establishment over trade and business undertakings spheres on Western-Ukrainian lands, the building of national economic independence. On the base of the research the stages of the develpoment and the formation of the Ukrainian economic nationalism have been determined: its ideological form in 1920th and the initiatives in the direction of practical realization of ideological plans in 1930th.
