Модель багаторівневого модульного навчання для підготовки інженерних кадрів

Abstract

У статті розглянута теоретична модель багато- рівневого модульного підходу для інформаційної та професійної підготовки інженерних кадрів. Розкриваються принципи та особливості організації саморозвивальної діяльності студентів, підходи до активізації процесу формування в них професійної компетентності, готовності до вирішення інженерних завдань з використанням комп'ютерної техніки. Багаторівневий модульний підхід реалізується на основі теорії поетапного формування розумових дій та методу проектів. In the article the theoretical model of multi-level modular approach to information and training of engineering personnel has been considered. Modular organization of training and developmental process involves submitting content through structured learning through its modules, which in turn are divided into thematic modules. The model is created the motivation to active learning. Liberty of choice and autonomy of individual tasks is related to motivation. The article has described the principles and characteristics of the organization of self-developing activities of students, approaches to stimulate the process of shaping their professional competence and readiness to solving engineering problems using computer technology. The scheme of modular training of professional computer engineering defi nes objects, subject area and acts as a modular unit. The innovative approaches in modern education lies in using the information technology based on computer training. Multi-level modular approach is realized on the basis of the theory of stage formation of mental actions and project method. The proposed model allows to activate of the self-development.
