Формування соціальної компетентності школярів у процесі партнерської співпраці загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів з родинами

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання формування поняття соціальної компетентності школярів. Розкрито різні підходи до трактування визначення складових поняття «соціальна компетентність». Здійснено структурний аналіз соціальної компетентності та визначено її компоненти. Автор обґрунтовує значимість партнерської співпраці загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів з родинами школярів для створення сприятливих умов для навчання і виховання дітей та молоді. The issues of formation of the concept of social competence of pupils have been considered in the article. Different approaches to the interpretation of the defi nition of the components of the concept of "social competence" have been analysed. The structural analysis of social competence have been conducted and the components have been identifi ed. The generalized analysis of scientifi c developments suggests that social competence is a versatile integrated personality characteristics, covering motivational, cognitive, social values, and behavioral components. The author has proved the importance of partnership of schools with families ofpupils to establish favourable conditions for the training and education of children and youth. Social competence of pupils is to be formed in cooperation provided by the teaching staff of an educational institution, pupils and their families. Education in a family and the school should have a clear focus. The cooperation of parents and teachers should be continuous. School in the daily life should teach parents to carry out the process of education.
