Формування творчого потенціалу особистості в "Пласті"

Abstract

Важливу роль у процесі розвитку творчої особистості дитини теоретики і практики українського скаутського руху відводили пластовій періодиці, при створенні якої підлітки та юнацтво чи не найбільше проявляли свої природні нахили та здібності, розвивали творчість. Саме тут повною мірою була реалізована засада: «преса пластової молоді, а не для пластової молоді», вона переставала виконувати функції «суб’єкта» виховання, перетворюючись на засіб творчого самовираження і саморозвитку особистості, адже пластуни створювали часописи самотужки. An important role in the development of child's creative personality theorists and practitioners of Ukrainian scouting is assigned to Plast periodical press, the creation of which made teenagers and young people manifest their natural inclinations and abilities, develop creativity the most. This way the principle that sounds as «press of Plast youth, not for Plast youth» was implemented, it ceased to be the main subject of education, becoming the mean of creative self-expression and self-development of personality, because Plast members were creating their journals on their own. Accumulating the best experience of journals from Europe and America, Plast periodical press became the methodical manual of physical and emotionally-willing, morally-ethical and intellectual self-improvement of personality. The journals had different thematic focus (humorous, ideologically-patriotic, educative, etc.). The publishing cycle, related to the preparation and publishing of the journals, was being ensured by Plast members through «the role distribution» of duties of editors, artists, «regular» correspondents and «public» authors, polygraphists.
