Гуманістично-громадська спрямованість освітньо-виховного процесу в змісті підготовки соціальних педагогів у системі університетської освіти

Abstract

У статті йдеться про важливість гуманістично-громадянської спрямованості освітньо - виховного процесу в змісті підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Наголошується на значному підсилення їх культурологічної підготовки у ВНЗ. Гуманістично-громадянська спрямованість виховання майбутніх соціальних педагогів розуміється як гуманізація, олюднення соціально-педагогічної взаємодії. Гуманістично-громадянська спрямованість освітньо-виховного процесу в умовах університету – це запорука формування особистості висококваліфікованого спеціаліста. The paper shows the importance of civic-humanistic orientation of education-teaching process in the content of future social workers training. The significant enhancement of their cultural preparation in high school has been stressed. Humanistically-oriented civic education of future social workers is understood as humanization, humanizing social and educational interaction. Humanistic orientation of civic education and the educational process in the university is a key to identity formation of highly qualified specialists. Formation of general and professional culture of an individual social educator is a condition of achievement in the daily activities of its professionalism, intelligence, detection humanistic and citizenship. This is achieved in the implementation of educational process-centered, problem-activity and cultural approaches to holistic methodical system through its target program and professional orientation, continuity humanitarian training. Thus, humanistic orientation of civic educational process is one of the components of the educational process of the university, when self-determination and self-realization is to become the basis and purpose of training activities of an individual and is to determine the meaning of the existence of an institution.
