Запропоновано розуміння кожного поняття задля удосконалення понятійного апарату теорії держави і права. | Description: | The feasibility of the distinguishing between the concepts «typology» and «classification» in the context of the phenomenon of state substantiated in the article. It is proposed understanding of each concept for improving the conceptual apparatus of the theory of state and law. It is done a detailed analysis of the typology and classification as systematic methods of scientific knowledge about the state. Key words: state, typology, classification, systematization, typological features. |
