Формування соціально-психологічної компетентності у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів

Abstract

У статті розглядаються теоретичні аспекти соціально-психологічної компетентності та її роль у процесі підготовки соціальних педагогів. Важливими чинниками становлення професійного «Я-образу» є усвідомленість вибору професії та рівень самооцінки професійної придатності. Успішність формування соціально-психологічної компетентності студента залежить від емоційно-вольового, особистісного, інтелектуального та творчого потенціалу студента, а також – від організаційних, педагогічних та психологічних умов навчання. Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, соціально-психологічна компетентність, «Я-образ», самосвідомість, рівень самооцінки професійної придатності.

The theoretical aspects of the social and psychological competence and conditions of its formation in the process of training of social workers have been analysed. Psycho-social competence is treated as a special ability of the individual, which is natural inclinations in the form of certain socio-psychological characteristics and are developed as a result of finding of experience in the process of interpersonal interaction. The results of studies shows that one of the most important factors in the formation of psychological readiness of the student to perform social and educational work is the degree of awareness of occupational choice and self-esteem of their own professional competence. An important condition for the social and psychological competence formation in the educational process is the usage of group forms of students training. Such training forms professional motivation of students, the culture of professional self-confidence, self-acceptance and capacity for empathy. The success of creating social and psychological depends on the student's emotional and volitional , personal , intellectual and creative potential of students as well - from organizational , pedagogical and psychological learning environment .
