Актуальні методи викладання іноземної мови

Abstract

У статті розглянуто наступні методи викладання іноземної мови: граматико-перекладний метод, свідомо-порівняльний метод, аудіолінгвальний метод, метод свідомого оволодіння кодом, метод К.Гаттеньо, метод фізичної реакції, емоційно-смисловий метод, розглянуто їх переваги та недоліки. На даному етапі розвитку навчання англійської мови найбільшого застосування знайшли комунікативно-орієнтовані концепції. Серед них найбільшою популярністю користується комунікативна, проектна, інтенсивна та діяльна методики. Ключові слова: граматико-перекладний метод, свідомо-порівняльний метод, аудіолінгвальний метод, метод свідомого оволодіння кодом, метод К.Гаттеньо, метод фізичної реакції, емоційно-смисловий метод.

The author of the article has considered the following methods of teaching foreign languages: grammar translational method, cognitive comparative method, audio-lingual method, cognitive code learning method, Caleb Gattgeno method (the silent way), method of total physical response, emotional and semantic method, is discussed their advantages and disadvantages. Today are the most popular communicative-oriented concepts, especially communication, project, intensive and active methods. Prospects for further research on modern methods of teaching foreign language are focused on communicative method, which purpose is to teach people to communicate, to overcome the language barrier; on situational method that involves the immersion of students into a situation where they can find practical application of their knowledge, the modeling of specific speech situations during which the participant learns the material, selects, makes its own decisions; on method of projects is a complex of search, research, writing, graphic works, that are performed by pupils (students) themselves (in pairs, groups, individually) for practical or theoretical resolving of a significant problem..
