Компоненти розвитку професійної компетентності офіцерів-прикордонників в системі підвищення кваліфікації

Abstract

У статті зазначається, що формування особистості офіцера-прикордонника не закінчується отриманням базової підготовки. Поряд із збагаченням досвіду військово-професійної діяльності, активним професійним спілкуванням та іншими чинниками, важливу роль у формуванні професіоналізму військовослужбовців відіграє підвищення кваліфікації. Спираючись на психолого-педагогічні дослідження встановлено, що професійна компетентність офіцерів-прикордонників може бути структурована як система, яка включає мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний та аксіологічний компоненти. The article states that border guard officer’identity formation continues upon receiving of basic training. It contributes to the formation of border guard specialists’ sustainable professional competence, which is also the aim, effect and performance of criterion of system of its formation. It has been found that the professional competence of border guard officers can be structured as a system that includes motivational, cognitive, activity and axiological components which are based on psychological and educational researches. Motivational component includes motives, goals, needs in professional knowledge, self-values actualization in professional activities, and encourages creative expression of border guards. The cognitive component involves the knowledge inclusion of content and skills necessary for occupying higher officer positions that reflect the current level of technical means of border protection. The development of the activity component of professional competence of border guard officers can be provided in the case that the educational process will be based on the positions of individual-active approach. Axiological component of professional competence of border guard officersis developedunder the condition of valuable filling of educational process content in the system offurther trainingby means of distance learning technologies.
