Компоненти, критерії, показники, рівні та стан сформованості здоров`язберігаючої компетентності студентів медичних університетів

Abstract

В статті розглянуто структуру здоров’язберігаючої компетентності майбутніх лікарів, яка передбачає визначення компонентів, критеріїв, показників оцінювання для визначення рівнів сформованості цього феномену у студентів медичного вищого навчального закладу, що окреслено метою написання статті. Кожен із компонентів (аксіологічний, гносеологічний, діяльнісний та особистісний) визначався за чіткими критеріями, показниками і рівнями сформованості. Виокремлені та означені компоненти і рівні сформованості здоров’язберігаючої компетентності майбутніх лікарів були основою для діагностики її стану. Аналіз результатів стану сформованості здоров’язберігаючої компетентності майбутніх лікарів свідчить про необхідність удосконалення навчання студентів, що потребує розробки спеціальних методик. The structure of health saving competence of future doctors, that provides the definition of components, criteria, indicators to determine the level of development of this phenomenon in medical students have been reviewed in the article. Each component (axiological, epistemological, activity and personal) was defined according to exact criteria, indicators and levels of formedness. The defined components and levels of formation of health saving competence of future doctors became the basis for the diagnosis of its status. All defined components of health saving competence of doctors are intrinsically interrelated and interdependent and form a coherent phenomenon. Hence, the need to determine the extent of its formation led to the development of levels (high, sufficient, satisfactory, low) of manifestation of healthy competence criteria and evaluation. Analysis of the results of formation of the status of health saving competence of future doctors demonstrates the necessity of improving students’ learning, which requires the development of special techniques.
